Review for Buyers Agent, Jennifer Harvell Jen is the best! I cold called Jen about 8pm on a Sunday night and asked to see a home she had listed in Oriental. She agreed, and we met the next morning at the property. She was really nice and kind. Although that home's layout wasn't ideal for us, she had set up a few other showings. To my surprise, Jen had already arranged for us to see the area by golf cart and took me around to several other properties. A week later, I found several more properties to see and she was happy to meet me. She had to take a ferry to the location, which she did multiple times for us, so my wife could see the homes too. To make a long story short, we put in an offer and it was accepted! After several inspections, we renegotiated the final price, and again it was accepted. Jen gave us good advice and walked us though the process. We went from a Sunday night phone call to closing very quickly in just 5 weeks. Jen did not allow any of the inspectors to let the grass grow under their feet. This kind of hustle and get it done attitude is exactly what makes her an awesome realtor. I would highly recommend her to any buyer who wants a capable guide by their side to purchase a home.
